摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了在VC473型假捻机上生产弹力丝时将绕转子二圈改为绕一圈可提高产品质量的经验。通过一系列的试验,摸索出在定型温度170℃、欠喂-2％、假捻度3644捻/米的工艺条件下,弹力丝绕转子一圈能取得较好的效果。
The experience of improving the quality of stretch yarn processed with VC473 type false twister by winding the yarn on the pin one lap instead of two is introduced, from a series of experiments it is demonstrated that under the technological condition of set temp. 170 ℃, underfeed ratio 2%, false twist degree 3644T/m the stretch yarn wind one lap on the pin will get better results.
