立式切粒机停车板位置调整对于切粒质量的影响分析Influence of the Position of Shut-off Flap of Vertical Granulator on the Granulating Qualities

摘要(Abstract)：
在聚酯切片生产过程中,USG 600-1型立式水下切粒机曲停车板位置调整对于切粒外形质量的影响因素常常被忽视,从而延误了故障判断和排除时间,导致切片因外观质量降等,造成经济损失。从生产实践的角度,对这种影响因素的发生和判断过程进行了分析,并提出相应的解决办法。
For USG 600-1 vertical granulator, a lot of factors would influence granulating qualities. Among these, the influence of the position of the shut-off flap was usually easy to be neglected, so that the period for judging and carrying out the malfunction was protracted, and cause the quality rate of a large amount of chips detracted. Based on the practice of production, the corresponding method to solve this problem was offered.
