摘要(Abstract):
压缩空气作为化纤FDY车间生产过程中的第二大能源动力,是一种极为重要的能源,因而压缩空气系统的节能降耗成了化纤企业普遍关心的问题。随着生产设备的老化以及原压缩空气系统存在的设计缺陷等原因,造成压缩空气的异常损耗,生产成本增加。本着节能降耗的目的,在现有设备上,通过积极探索,合理选择压缩空气压力、流量、过滤精度以及消除部分管道设计缺陷,加强日常生产运行管理,减少泄漏点,做到资源利用最大化。通过以上措施有效降低了压缩空气的异常损耗。
Compressed air is the second most important energy source in the production process of chemical fiber FDY workshop. It is an extremely important energy source. Therefore, energy saving and consumption reduction of compressed air system has become a common concern of chemical fiber enterprises. With the aging of production equipment and design defects of original air compressor system, etc, the abnormal loss of compressed air and the increase of production cost are caused. In order to save energy and reduce consumption, based on the existing equipment, through the exploration of extreme product, reasonable selection of air pressure, flow rate, appropriate filtration accuracy and elimination of some pipeline design defects, strengthen daily production operation management, maximize leakage points, and maximize the utilizationofresources.Theabnormallossofcompressedairiseffectivelyreducedbytheabovemeasures.
