摘要(Abstract)：
用国产全消光锦纶6切片,在常规FDY纺丝设备上可生产出高质量全消光锦纶6全拉伸丝(FDY),就纺丝温度、喷丝板、冷却条件、热辊温度、拉伸等工艺条件对全消光锦纶6FDY的影响进行了探讨。
Full-dull polyamide 6 FDY was produced on conventional FDY spinning machine with local made full-dull polyamide 6 chip. The effects of spinning temperature, spinneret, cooling condition, hot-roller temperature and drawing condition on the production were studied. The experimental results showed that full-dull polyamide 6 FDY could be obtained by partial modification on existing machine and process adjustment.
