硅藻土-木质素纤维改性沥青混合料的抗冻性能

摘要(Abstract):

辽宁省季冻区路面面临着频繁冻融循环的严峻环境,在水分及温度的作用下,沥青路面容易出现坑槽及松散破坏。制备了硅藻土-木质素纤维复合改性沥青混合料、硅藻土改性沥青混合料、木质素纤维改性沥青混合料以及基质沥青混合料,从沥青混合料冻融前后的空隙率大小、沥青与集料的黏附性两个角度来分析沥青混合料的抗冻性能,试验发现:硅藻土-木质素纤维复合改性沥青混合料的冻融损伤率最小,抗冻性能最好。
The pavement in seasonal freezing area of Liaoning Province is facing the severe environment of frequent freeze-thaw cycle. Under the action of moisture and temperature, asphalt pavement is prone to pit and loose damage. The diatomite-lignin fiber composite modified asphalt mixture, the diatomite modified asphalt mixture, the lignin fiber modified asphalt mixture and the matrix asphalt mixture were prepared. The frost resistance of asphalt mixture was analyzed from the perspectives of the voids before and after freezethaw, and the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate. The tests show that the diatomite-lignin fiber composite modified asphalt mixture has the lowest freeze-thaw damage rate and the best frost resistance.
