双辊摩擦式被动卷绕装置压力的修正算法

摘要(Abstract):

通过探讨浸胶帘子布布卷与卷绕辊之间压力对卷姿的影响,提出几种新的双辊摩擦式被动卷绕装置卷绕浸胶帘子布压力的修正算法,解决了布卷内外层幅宽差大、两端面有明显的放射状条纹、近轴处卷姿不良等问题,新的修正算法也适用于大卷装直径布卷的卷绕。
By exploring the influence of the pressure between tire cord fabric roll and winding roller on winding shape, several new modified algorithms of the pressure of double-roller friction passive winding device winds tire cord fabric are proposed in this paper. Some problems, such as the large width difference between the inner and outer layers of the fabric roll, obvious radial stripes on both of fabric roll ends, and poor winding shape near the steel shaft have been solved. The new modified algorithms are also applicable to the winding of large package rolls.
