摘要(Abstract):
从"8"字形喷丝板的设计、纺丝箱体温度、组件压力、冷却条件、纺丝速度等方面对222 dtex/30 f "8"字形涤纶高取向丝(HOY)的生产工艺进行研究。结果表明,纺丝温度控制在283~285℃,组件初始压力控制在12 MPa左右,侧吹风风速控制在0.6 m/s、风温控制在20℃,卷绕速度控制在4 700 m/min,牵伸比控制在1.09,第一热辊速度控制在4 300 m/min、温度控制在85℃,第二热辊速度控制在4 700 m/min、温度控制在135℃,纺丝状况稳定,截面异形度高、规整度好,产品品质优良。
The technological conditions of 222 dtex/30 f "8" shaped polyester HOY were studied from the "8" shaped spinneret design, spinning box temperature, component pressure, cooling conditions, spinning speed and so on. The results show that the spinning temperature is controlled at 283~285 ℃, the initial component pressure is controlled at 12 MPa, the wind speed of the side blowing cooling air is controlled at 0.6 m/s, the wind temperature is controlled at 20 ℃, the winding speed is controlled at 4 700 m/min, the draw ratio is controlled at 1.09, the GR_1 speed is controlled at 4 300 m/min, temperature is controlled at 80 ℃, GR_2 speed is controlled at 4 700 m/min, GR_2 temperature is controlled at 136 ℃, the spinning condition is stable, the cross-section profile is high, the regularity is good, and the product quality is excellent.
