摘要(Abstract)：

组件金属砂是长丝生产消耗品,通过对金属砂的回收,可实现金属砂的多次再使用。介绍了金属砂的性能以及回收工艺,并对使用前后金属砂的化学成分、粒度分布、电镜照片进行了比较。经实践证明:回用的金属砂能满足生产要求,降低了生产成本。
Metal sand filter pack is considerable parts in fiber production. It can reuse via recycle. The paper introduces the properties of metal sand and its recyling process. The comparison is made to metal sand component and distribution of sizes before and after application. The practice shows that recycled metal sand filter can meet requirements of production and reduce production cost.
