摘要(Abstract):
本文报告了用PSC法和X衍射法等对PET—PBT嵌段共聚酯的结构性能,特别如热性能和结晶性能等的研究结果.实验结果表明,不同PBT组份含量的共聚酯熔点变化呈V字形曲线,在摩尔比为50/50时熔点最低.结晶动力学研究表明,当共聚酯中PBT含量为10%时,结晶速率比常规PET有明显增高.X衍射分析还表明,拉伸对共聚酯结晶的发展有明显的诱导效应,尤其是C轴方向的晶粒尺寸增长.
This paper introduces the studies on structure and properties especially thermal and crystalline behaviours of PET-PBT block copolymer by DSC and WAXD. Experiment results indicate that the variation of melting points of copolymers with diffrent PBT content shows a V shape curve and when PET/PBT ratio reaches 50/50(mol%) ,the melting point appears the lowest. Investigation on crystallization kinetics indicates that the crystallization rate of copolymer is higher remarkably than that of regular PET when its PBT content reaches 10%(mol%). WAXD analysis also shows that the effect of elongation on the induced-crystallization of block copolymer .especially on the increasing of crystallite size at direction of "C" axis can be observed distinctly.
