油剂特性与PAN基碳纤维及其原丝性能的关联性The Correlation Between the Oil Characteristics and the Properties of PAN-Based Carbon Fiber and Its Precursor

摘要(Abstract):
研究了单一组分油剂中氨基、环氧基、聚醚等特征官能团的特性,摸索了单一组分油剂与复合油剂对碳纤维生产中原丝含油率及表面形态、预氧化过程径向一致性、碳纤维强度等的关联性变化规律。研究表明:碳纤维及原丝性能与油剂的组分有直接关联性。由氨基、环氧基、聚醚等复配后的油剂,具有稳定性好、耐热性高、保护性强等特点。
The characteristics of characterisic functional groups such as amino group,expoxy group and polyether in single component oil were studied.The effects of single component oil and compound oil on the oil content and surface morphology of the precursor fiber,the radial consistency of the preoxidation process and the strength of the carbon fiber were investigated.The results showed that carbon fiber and its precursor performance had a direct correlatirn with oil components.The compound oil complexed with amino,epoxy,polyether
