纤维接触角测定方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了两种常用的纤维接触角测定方法。采用喷雾法测试纤维接触角时,喷雾方式应优选斜喷。采用润湿天平法测试纤维接触角时,纤维露出夹子长度的最佳值为1mm。润湿天平法测得数据重现性较好,但操作较为烦琐,且不适合测试棉、涤纶等刚性较小、易弯曲纤维的接触角;喷雾法操作简单,适合测试各种纤维的接触角。
Two common measuring methods of fiber contact angle were introduced in this paper. The sloping spray was preferable way when the fiber contact angle was measured by spray method. When the fiber contact angle was measured by wetting balance method, the most suitable fiber length away from clip was 1 mm. The wetting balance method had better measurement reproducibility, but it was un-convenience in operating, and it was not suitable to measure the fibers with low rigidity and flexibility, such as cotton, PET fiber. The spray way was easy to operate for measuring the contact angles of all kinds of fibers.
