氨水浸泡对聚丙烯腈原丝结构和性能的影响
Influence of Ammonia Soaking on the Structures and Properties of Polyacrylonitrile Precursor Fibers

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究氨水浸泡处理对聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝结构和性能的影响,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、广角X-射线衍射(XRD)和纤维收缩率方法研究了经氨水浸泡后PAN纤维的大分子链环化、结晶结构变化和收缩现象。结果表明:氨水浸泡后的PAN纤维颜色由最初的白色变成了淡黄色,从IR谱图可知其发生了明显的环化反应;PAN纤维的微晶尺寸减小;纤维收缩率增大到6.99%。
In order to research the influence of the method of ammonia soaking on the structures and properties of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) precursor fibers,Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-IR),wide angle X-ray diffraction(XRD) and the rate of shrinkage were used to study PAN fibers structural change,microcrystal size and phenomenon of shrinkage after ammonia soaking.These results showed that the color of PAN fibers was changed from white to faint yellow,the cyclization was made apparently based on IR spectra,the microcrystallite size of PAN soaked in ammonia was diminished and rate of shrinkage raised to 6.99 %.
