新型仿棉纱的开发和生产
Development and Production of New Type Cotton-Like Yarn

摘要(Abstract):

重点讨论了新型仿棉纱拉伸变形丝的生产工艺调试和设备改造优化等,通过对加工速度、拉伸倍数、变形温度和定形温度、D/Y比等工艺的分析、调试,找出最优工艺和最适合的设备组成。结果表明:相关工艺及设备的匹配度良好,生产稳定。通过工艺调试和设备改造,生产的纤维手感细腻、柔软、悬垂,具有棉和真丝的双重风格,染色一等品率达95.5%,能够满足高品质客户的需求。
The processing debugging,equipment modification and optimization of producing new type cotton-like DTY were discussced. By searching for the optimum process,analyzing and debugging on technologicalconditions,such as speed,drawing,heating,intermingle and winding,the best suitable equipment after re-peated adjusting,debugging was found out. The result showed that the related process conditions and theequipments matched well,the production was stable. Through processing debugging and equipment modifi-cation,the fiber touched fine,soft and draped,had cotton and silk double style,the percentage of the first-grade dyed products was 95.5%,which could meet the customers' high quality request.
