摘要(Abstract)：

提出了氨纶在动态拉伸条件下张力均匀程度对针织弹性织物均匀性的影响,介绍了测试丝饼上氨纶张力均匀性的基本原理,以及这一测试对氨纶质量控制的作用。考虑到影响经编针织弹性织物均匀性因素的复杂性,为便于和客户一起为提高经编弹性织物的均匀性而努力,还介绍了氨纶丝整经过程中几种常见的异常现象。
It is pointed out that tension variation of Spandex yarn running at given draft ratio and speed canimpact to the uniformity of knitting fabrics. The test principle of tension variation of Spandex yarn is intro-duced, which is very useful in quality control for the process of Spandex yarns' production. Due to the com-plex of trouble shooting for knitting fabrics with uniformity issue, several abnormalities caused in beamingprocess are listed as well with the purpose of work together with customers for getting better quality of warpknitting fabrics.
