摘要(Abstract)：
简单介绍涤锦复合丝一般品种的后道加工及用途,控制好纺丝工艺中涤、锦切片的含水率、纺丝温度、纺丝组件、侧吹风等工艺参数,对加弹工艺中静电问题、网络点问题、成型问题、假捻接触压力等及时进行解决,可以生产出满足市场要求的产品。
The down-stream processing and its application of polyester and polyamide composite filament,moisture content control of polyester and polyamide chips,the parameters of spinning temperature,spin-pack and side blowing are introduced briefly.The problems of static in the draw-texturing,interlacing points,yarn forming,contact pressure of false twisting should be solved duly in order to make right products for marketing.
