化纤油剂中烷基磺酸盐的分离与分析Separation and Analysis of Alkane Sulphonate in Finishes for Chemical Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
采用阴离子交换色谱法成功地将化纤油剂中的仲烷基磺酸盐分离出来,综合应用离子类型鉴定、红外光谱、液质联用仪以及热裂解气质联用仪确定了它们的结构。试验表明,热裂解-气质联用技术可以很好地确定仲烷基磺酸钠的分子结构,仲烷基磺酸钠在油剂样品中的质量分数约为3.1%。
The secondary alkane sulphonates in finishes for chemical fiber were separated by anion-exchange chromatography. Their structure was determined by ionicity determination, infrared spectrum, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and pyrolysis-gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The results show that the molecular structure of sodium secondary alkyl sulfonate can be well determined by pyrolysis/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The mass fraction of sodium secondary alkyl sulfonate in finish samples is approximately 3.1%.
