酸性金属络合染料上染锦氨织物的色牢度探讨Discussion on Color Fastness of Nylon/Polyurethane Fabric with Metal Complex Acid Dyes

摘要(Abstract):
采用酸性金属络合染料对锦氨织物进行染色,从染料、染色工艺、助剂三个角度探讨了对染色牢度的影响。结果表明:酸性金属络合染料对锦氨织物染浅、中及中深色的牢度较好;染深色时,需通过工艺调整及助剂辅助。其优化的工艺条件为:染色温度93℃,保温时间30 min,染浴p H值在3~4,配合1.0 g/L氨纶防沾色剂,2%(omf)酸性固色剂DM-2539G及2.0 g/L增进剂CIBAFIX ECO后处理,各项牢度指标能提升到3-4级及以上。
The nylon/polyurethane fabric was dyed with metal complex acid dyes. And the influence on col-or fastness was discussed from three aspects of dyes, dyeing process and auxiliaries. The results showed thatthe color fastnesses of metal complex acid dyes to nylon/polyurethane fabric were good in light, medium, me-dium dark colors. When dyeing dark color was 3%(omf), it was necessary to adjust through process and as-sistant. The optimized process conditions are: dyeing temperature 93 ℃, dyeing holding time 30 min, dyeingbath p H value at 3~4, and finishing with 1.0 g/L polyurethane anti-staining agent, 2%(omf) acidic dye-fixingagent DM-2539 G and 2 g/L promoter CIBAFIX ECO, and the fastness indicators can be raised to level 3-4.
