Pyrovatex CP阻燃改性聚乙烯醇纤维的制备和性能

摘要(Abstract):

以有机膦系阻燃剂N-羟甲基-3-(二甲氧基膦酰基)丙酰胺(Pyrovatex CP)作阻燃剂,将其添加在一定质量分数的聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶液中,制备了阻燃改性PVA纤维。研究了Pyrovatex CP加入量对PVA纤维性能的影响,采用红外光谱和扫描电镜对阻燃改性PVA纤维进行了结构表征,确定了C—O—C的存在,测试了其力学性能和阻燃性能。结果表明:当PVA与Pyrovatex CP质量比为10∶4时,制备的PVA-CP纤维综合性能较好,其极限氧指数为29.8%,断裂强度为3.99 c N/dtex,具有较好的阻燃性能和力学性能。
The organic phosphine flame retardant N-hydroxymethyl-3-(dimethoxyphosphono) propion-amide(Pyrovatex CP) was used as a flame retardant and added to polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) aqueous solution.The effect of the addition of Pyrovatex CP on the properties of PVA fiber was studied. The structure of PVAfiber was characterized and the existence of C—O—C was determined by FTIR and SEM. The mechanicalproperties and flame retardancy of PVA fiber were measured. The results show that the prepared PVA-CPfiber has good performance when the mass ratio of PVA and Pyrovatex CP is 10∶4. Its LOI is 29.8% andthe breaking strength is 3.99 c N/dtex, which has good flame retardancy and mechanical properties.
