摘要(Abstract):
对制备吸湿干爽FDY长丝所用喷丝板进行了特殊设计,对纺丝工艺进行了较深入的探讨,分析了生产过程中影响FDY异形度的主要因素。结果表明:以4000 ̄4500m/min生产FDY吸湿干爽长丝,运行稳定,可满足后加工的要求,FDY截面的异形度可达到60%,是吸湿干爽织物的良好素材。
The technological development on hygroscopic and dry FDY is discussed. The special spinneret and Spin-draw process is designed, the factor of the influences to FDY profiled degree in the production process is analyzed. Result shocoes, hygroscopic and dry FDY produced at 4000~4500 m/min, run steadily, meet requirement of post processing, FDY profiled degree is up to 60 % , it is good material fohygroscopic and dry fabric.
