摘要(Abstract):
介绍了一种步进式精密卷绕(Step Precision Winding)控制系统。该系统采用西门子新型运动控制器SIMOTIOND,其逻辑控制、运动控制及工艺控制集成为一体,响应速度快,可以精确地控制卷绕速度,实现恒线速、恒张力卷绕,线速度波动小于±0.036%;防叠效果显著;可根据纺丝品种的要求任意设定工艺参数。通过近两年的试验、运转和考核,证明该系统在控制精度、稳定性、安全性和卷装的成型及退绕等方面具有独特的优势。
A kind of step precision winding control system was introduced. It adopted Siemens new type of motion controller Simotion D which integrated logic control, motion control and technology control in one module to get quick response, high speed accuracy and realize a constant winding velocity and tension. The difference of the velocity was less than ±0.036 %, the anti-folding result was obviously, the parameters of technology could be set basing on different kinds of spinning yarn. By nearly 2 years test, running and evaluation, this system had been proved to be with unique advantages in the control precision, stability, safety, the bobbin forming and unwinding.
