基于PVA的交联复合纳米纤维膜的制备及其吸附性能Preparation and Adsorption Properties of Cross-Linked Composite Nanofiber Membrane Based on PVA

摘要(Abstract):
为了改善聚乙烯醇(PVA)的耐水性及其对染料的吸附性能,以PVA为基体,纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)为分散相,酒石酸(TA)为交联剂,采用静电纺丝法制备了PVA/SiO2/TA纳米纤维膜,然后通过高温热处理得到耐水性交联纳米纤维膜。通过扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱、差热分析等手段表征了纤维形貌、化学组成及其热稳定性,并测试了纤维的拉伸性能、抗水解性能和吸附性能。结果表明:当SiO2质量分数为4%,TA质量分数为35%时,交联纳米纤维膜的拉伸性能较纯PVA纳米纤维膜的拉伸性能提高了4.1倍,溶胀度降低至2.16,质量损失率为3.4%,对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附率可达82%。
In order to improve the water resistance of polyvinyl alcohol and its ability to absorb dyes, using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as the matrix, nano silica(SiO2) as the dispersed phase, tartaric acid(TA) as the crosslinking agent, and the PVA/SiO2/TA nanofiber membrane is prepared by electrostatic spinning method,and then the water-resistant crosslinked nanofiber membrane is obtained through high temperature heat treatment. The fiber morphology, chemical composition and thermal stability were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. Fourier infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric and other means, and the mechanical properties, hydrolysis resistance and adsorption of the fibers were tested. The results show that when the SiO2 content is 4% and the tartaric acid content is 35%, the mechanical properties of the crosslinked nanofiber membrane are 4.1 times higher than that of the pure PVA nanofiber membrane, the swelling degree is reduced to 2.16, and the mass loss rate is 3.4%, the adsorption rate of methylene blue(MB) can reach 82%.
