康纶~?纤维在空间站舱内运动服和运动袜的应用

摘要(Abstract):

康纶~?(CLEANCOOL~?)纤维具有改进的沟槽状截面,大幅度提高了面料的吸湿速干效果,同时纤维内部含有银基抗菌物质,能够迅速杀死引起汗臭味的金黄葡萄球菌和其他有害病菌。阐述了空间站舱内运动服和运动袜对抗菌、速干性能需求的必要性,重点对比与分析了康纶~?纤维与常规纤维在抗菌和速干性能上的差异,以及康纶~?纤维产品与抗菌助剂后整理产品在稳定性、安全性、耐洗持久性方面的差异。经检测机构检验,使用康纶~?纤维制成的空间站舱内运动服和运动袜的吸湿速干和抗菌性能优异,符合多项标准要求。
Kanglun~?(CLEANCOOL~?) fiber has an improved groove section, which greatly improves the moisture absorption and quick-drying effect of the fabric. At the same time, the fiber contains silver-based antibacterial substances, which can quickly kill the staphylococcus aureus and other harmful bacteria that cause the odor of sweat. The necessity of the requirements of the sportswear and sports socks in the space station module for the antibacterial quick-drying performance is expounded, the differences of antibacterial and quick-drying performance between Kanglun~?fiber and conventional fiber, and the differences in stability, safety, washable durability between Kanglun~?fiber products and antibacterial agent finishing products are compared and analyzed specially. After inspection by the testing agency, the sportswear and sports socks in the space station module made of Kanglun~?fiber have excellent moisture absorption, quick-drying and antibacterial properties, and meet the requirements of many standards.
