海藻酸钠的两种糖醛酸量比值的测定Determination of G/M Ratio of Sodium Alginate

摘要(Abstract):
用红外光谱法(FTIR)和核磁共振固态C谱法(CP/MAS13C NMR)分别测试计算了4种已知α-L-古罗糖醛酸(G)/β-D-甘露糖醛酸(M)比值范围的海藻酸钠的G/M比值,用红外光谱法测得4种样品的G/M比值为1.83、1.39、1.36、0.55,而用核磁共振法计算得到的结果为1.46、1.13、1.01、0.87,两种方法都简单易行,所得结论都与已知范围相差不大,但通过对计算过程与结果进行分析比较,认为核磁共振法比红外光谱法更加准确可靠。
The G/M ratio of 4 kinds of sodium alginate are analyzed and calculated by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and solid-state 13 C NMR spectroscopy(MAS 13 C NMR).The G/M ratio of 4 samples calculated by FTIR are 1.83,1.39,1.36,0.55,respectively,while the results calculated by NMR are 1.46,1.13,1.01,0.87,respectively.The two methods are simple,and the results obtained by the two different methods are close.By analyzing the calculation process of the two methods,the results obtained by NMR method are thought to be more accurate and reliable.
