超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维表面改性方法新进展

摘要(Abstract):

超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维作为一种高性能纤维,被广泛应用于航天航空、汽车船舶、军事防护、医疗器械等各个领域。但由于超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维表面惰性大、化学活性低,与树脂等基体结合时的界面黏接性能差,因此需要对其进行表面改性,提高摩擦性和表面浸润性以改善与树脂基体之间的界面性能。介绍了近几年表面处理超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维的几种方法,探讨了表面改性是如何提高超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维与树脂等基体的界面强度。
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber is widely used in aerospace, automo-tive, military, medical and other fields. However, because of the high surface inertia and low chemical activi-ty of UHMWPE fibers, the bonding performance of the interface with the resin and other matrix is poor.Therefore, the surface modification of UHMWPE fiber needs to improve the interface performance and im-prove the friction and surface wettability of UHMWPE fiber. Several methods for surface treatment of UHM-WPE fiber are introduced, and surface modification to improve the interfacial strength of UHMWPE fiberand resin matrix is discussed.
