摘要(Abstract):

采用正交试验及单因素试验方法,对混纺质量比为45/55、线密度为18.4 tex的Outlast空调纤维/黏胶混纺纱的条干不匀率、强伸性能以及毛羽分布情况等进行了测试,完成了混纺纱并条工艺、粗纱工艺、细纱工艺以及捻系数的优化,获得了最佳纺纱工艺。
The performance test of strength,elongation property and unevenness and hairiness Outlast/viscose 45/55,18.4 tex blended yarn was made by the single factor experiment and orthogonal design experiment,completing the Outlast/viscose blended yarn drawing,roving,spinning and twist factor process optimization.The best spinning process was obtained.
