纺丝油嘴改善167 dtex/96 f涤纶染色条纹的探讨Discussion on Improving 167 dtex/96 f Dyeing Stripe by Spinning Nozzle

摘要(Abstract)：
生产167 dtex/96 f涤纶长丝品种时,采用了几种品牌油嘴上油。通过调整油架倾斜角度来优化油嘴出油孔与丝束的接触,对采用不同油嘴上油的167 dtex/96 f品种的性能指标、染色袜带条纹和毛丝状况进行了分析与比较,结果表明:使用3560油嘴,上油高度为1 200 mm,油架倾斜角度为5°～15°,染色袜带没有条纹,丝饼外观基本没有毛丝。
In the production of 167 dtex/96 f polyester fiber, several brands of oil nozzles are used for oiling,and the contact between the oil outlet of the nozzle and the tow is optimized by adjusting the tilt angle of the oil holder. The performance indicators, dyed hosiery stripe and fuzz of the 167 dtex/96 f varieties with different oil nozzles are analyzed and compared. The results show that when the 3560 oil nozzle is used, the oiling height is 1 200 mm, the tilt angle of the oil holder is 5°～15°, the dyed hosiery has no stripes, and the spinning cake has basically no fuzz.
