聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯非织造布复合滤材的制备及性能

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了高熔融指数聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)熔喷非织造布复合滤材在动力机车燃油过滤方面的重要作用及其加工制备过程。研究了成型压力和黏合剂使用量对复合滤材厚度、透气性能及孔径大小的影响。比较分析了PBT非织造布与滤纸的性能差异以及试验制备的复合滤材与进口样品的性能差异,并测试了复合滤材滤水效率、不同尺寸杂质过滤效率及纳污容量。
The importance of high melt flow index poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT) melt-blown nonwovens composite filters in fuel oil filtration was introduced and its processing procedure was discussed in this paper.The effect of molding pressure and adhesive content on thickness,air permeability and pore size of composite filters were studied.Water filtering efficiency of composite filters and filtration efficiency of impurities with different sizes and carrying capacity for pollutant were determined.The differences of performance between PBT nonwovens and filter paper as well as the differences of performance between composite filters prepared through experiment and imported samples were analyzed.
