摘要(Abstract):
从涤/锦复合超细纤维织物上选取纱线做纤维切片,利用光学显微镜观察切片,数码相机拍照,分别计数照片中纤维的移位和裂离开纤率。采用Matlab7.0程序,通过积分计算出相应开纤率的有效值,探讨了涤/锦复合超细纤维织物开纤率的新测试方法。
The yarn taken from polyester and nylon composite microfiber fabrics was cut into slices, viewed with the optical microscope. And then some pictures were taken with the digital camera. The splitting rates of microfiber in two ways, gap-splitting rate and dislocated-splitting rate were counted within the pictures. With the help of Matlab7.0 program, the results of virtual value of splitting rates were obtained with integral method. A new testing method of the splitting rate of polyester and nylon composite microfiber fabric was studied.
