摘要(Abstract)：
采用熔体直纺工艺路线,对80 dtex/144 f超细旦涤纶预取向丝(POY)的生产工艺进行探讨。通过试验得出:熔体管道输送温度289℃,纺丝温度297℃,喷丝孔规格0.16 mm×0.50 mm,组件装砂量60～80目、30 g,80～100目、60 g,环吹风压25 Pa,油架高度650 mm和使用3651油嘴,可生产质量优良的80 dtex/144 f超细旦涤纶POY。
By melt direct spinning, the technology of 80 dtex/144 f super fine denier polyester partially ori-ented yarns was studied. Through experiments, it can be concluded that when the melt pipe transportationtemperature is 289 ℃, spinning temperature is 297 ℃, the spinneret specification is 0.16 mm×0.50 mm,spinpack sea sand quantity is 60～80 mesh/30 g and 80～100 mesh/60 g, external circular quenching airpressure is 25 Pa, oil nipple height is 650 mm and using 3651 oil nozzle, the 80 dtex/144 f super fine denierpolyester POY with good quality can be produced.
