摘要(Abstract):
针对如何减少聚合物中气泡产生及降低脱泡流程能耗这两方面问题,通过采用对DMF含水量的控制、粉状物添加点的改变、过滤精度的提高、停止纺丝槽搅拌和对纺丝组件参数进行改进等措施,对氨纶干法纺丝去除脱泡流程进行了可行性研究,并对采用该方法后的实际生产现状进行了阐述。
Aiming at reducing dubbles in the polymer and cutting down energy consumption in the debubbling,the following measures were adopted: control moisture content in DMF,change powder adding point,elevate filter accuracy,stop stirring in spinning bath and correct parameters of spin-pack.The feasibility of omitting debubbling process was investigated.The production situation of new method was expounded.
