柔性聚乳酸基立体打印服装面料设计

摘要(Abstract):

以柔性聚乳酸(PLA)为打印材料,利用熔融沉积成型技术进行3D打印服装面料设计,通过傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对打印前后柔性PLA的分子结构、结晶度、表面形貌进行表征。结果表明:喷丝前后PLA细丝的分子结构没有变化,结晶度有所下降,经熔融喷丝后的PLA细丝表面更加光滑,喷丝连续均匀。以3D Max建模软件为平台,采用Peirce模型理论,结合NURBS曲线建模方法,建立平纹组织3D打印模型,得到立体打印服装面料。
Using flexible polylactic acid(PLA) as the printing material, the design of 3D printing clothing fabric is carried out by using melt deposition molding technology. The molecular structure, crystallization and surface appearance of flexible PLA before and after printing are characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffractioninstrument and scanning electroscope. The results show that the molecular structure of PLA filament before and after spinning doesn't change, the crystallization decrease, the surface of PLA filament after melt spinning is smoother, and the filament is continuously uniform. Based on 3D Max modeling software, Peirce model theory and NURBS curve modeling method are used to establish a flatprinted tissue 3D printing model and the three-dimensional printing clothing fabric is obtained.
