PTT/PET并列型复合纺丝工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

就PTT、PET原料选择,纺丝组件设计,复合纺丝工艺及加弹工艺进行探讨。生产结果表明:选择特性黏度0.5~0.6dL/g的PET和特性黏度1.2~1.3dL/g的PTT切片,以40%/60%~50%/50%(PET/PTT)的复合比,可以生产出质量稳定、性能较好的PTT/PET并列型复合长丝,并实现了批量化生产。
The raw material selection, spinpack designing, bicomponet spinning technology and texturizing were discussed. The results showed that good quality and better performance side by side PTT/PET composite filaments were made by commercial production with the conditions of PET with IV 0.5~0.6 dL/g, PTT with IV 1.2~1.3 dL/g and PET/PTT composite ratio 40 %/60 %~50 %/50 %.
