摘要(Abstract):

将羊绒、木棉、远红外涤纶、ES纤维进行混合,经过3种不同的针刺密度和热风黏合工艺后,加工出相应的保暖絮片,对其面密度、厚度、保暖性、压缩回复率、拉伸强力、透气性、耐水洗性进行了测试分析,得出在针刺密度为10刺/m~2、热风黏合温度135℃、时间2 min的工艺条件下制备的保暖絮片具有最高保温率。
Abtsract: Mixing cashmere, cotton, far-infrared polyester and ES fiber, the thermal insulating interliningswere designed using three different needling densities and hot air adhesive technology. The areal density,thickness, warmth retention property, compression recovery rate, tensile strength, permeability and washingshrinkage were tested. The results showed that the thermal insulating interlinings prepared by needling den-sity 10 needlings/m~2, hot air adhesive temperature 135 ℃, time 2 min had the best warm retention property.
