聚丙烯腈/聚甲基丙烯酸氨基乙酯共混膜吸湿性能的研究Study on Hydroscopic Property of Polyacrylonitrile/Poly(amionethyl methacrylate)

摘要(Abstract):
研究了聚丙烯腈(PAN)与聚甲基丙烯酸氨基乙酯(PF)共混膜的吸湿性能,并讨论了共混物中PF的含量、反应温度、湿度、时间对共混膜吸湿性能的影响。当PF和PAN以7∶93的比例共混时,共混膜的吸湿性、抗静电性较好,回潮率达到7.381%。共混膜吸湿或放湿时,经过一段时间都会达到一个吸湿或放湿平衡。
In this paper,the hydroscopic property of the blends of polyacrylonitrile and poly(amionethyl methacrylate) homopolymer(PF) was investigated.The influence of content of PF,temperature,humidity and time on the hydroscopic property of the blend membrane were discussed.When the ratio of the PAN and PF was 7∶93,the blend membrane hydroscopic property,antistatic property were better,moisture regain reached to 7.381 %.When the blend membrane absorped or released moisture,a moisture absorption or desorption equilibrium were taken place in a period of time.
