国产涤纶FDY纺丝油剂性能研究及应用Study and Application of Domestic Polyester FDY Spinning Oil

摘要(Abstract)：
系统分析评价了国产"天纺"牌涤纶FDY纺丝油剂的常规物化指标和乳化性、平滑性、抗静电性、耐热性等性能,并通过纺丝应用测试了该油剂的可纺性,通过织造应用测试了该油剂的织造性能。通过与同类进口涤纶FDY纺丝油剂在相关指标、使用性能上的对比分析,表明国产"天纺"牌涤纶FDY纺丝油剂具有较好的乳化性、平滑性、抗静电性、耐热性等应用性能,能满足涤纶FDY纺丝和下游织造的要求。
The properties of the domestic "Tian-Fang" brand polyester FDY spinning oil in conventional physical index and emulsification, smoothness, antistatics, heat resistance, etc were analyzed and evaluated systematically. The weaving properties of the oil were tested by weaving application. Through the comparison and analysis of the relative index and the performance of the imported polyester FDY spinning oil agent, the results show that the domestic "Tian-Fang" brand polyester FDY spinning oil agent has better emulsifying, smooth, antistatic, heat resistant and other application properties, and it can meet the requirements of polyester FDY spinning and downstream weaving.
