含锌聚醚酯酰胺高分子抗静电剂的合成与结构研究Synthesis and Struture of Polymer Antistatic Agent Containing PEEAM

摘要(Abstract):
通过三步反应,合成了一种由氧化锌、脂肪族二羧酸、聚乙二醇和己内酰胺制成的被称为含锌聚醚酯酰胺的高分子抗静电剂。研究了反应时间和温度对酯化反应的酸值和酯化率的影响,用红外光谱和X-射线衍射分析了含锌聚醚酯酰胺和其中间体的结构。结果表明:二羧酸锌与聚乙二醇的酯化反应体系的酸值随时间延长而减小,酯化率随时间延长而增大;反应3h后,酸值和酯化率变化减缓。红外光谱和X-射线衍射分析可知,研究成功合成了各阶段的产物;含锌聚醚酯酰胺中,含锌聚醚酯与聚己内酰胺分别结晶,脂肪酸的亚甲基数目增大,含锌聚醚酯酰胺的结晶性增强。
A polymer antistatic agent was synthesized from zinc oxide-adipic diacid-polyethylene glycol and caprolactam by three-step reactions which was called poly(ether ester amide) containing zinc(PEEAM).The effect of reaction temperature and time on acid value and esterification rate was investigated during esterification.PEEAM and its intermediates were analyzed by FTIR and XRD.The results showed that the acid value decreased and esterification rate increased with time increasing and the diversification of acid value and esterification rate was decreased after 3 h.The result of FTIR and XRD showed that the product was synthesized successfully in every step.Poly(ether ester)containing zinc and PA were crystallized independently,and crystal was enhanced when adipic diacid's methylene number increasing in PEEAM.
