基于热膜接触的针织物动态热湿传递测试技术
Testing Technology of Dynamic Heat and Moisture Transfer of Knitted Fabrics Based on Hot-Film Contact

摘要(Abstract):

采用TPU薄膜来模拟人体皮肤,通过自主搭建的水槽、传感器等装置,研究了针织物的动态热湿传递性能差异。试验得出:织物与模拟皮肤接触时,不同纤维种类的织物热湿传递结果不同,显示出的热湿传递曲线有区别,从曲线中可以看出不同纤维针织物的瞬间导热和导湿情况以及最终的稳定情况。验证了基于热膜接触的织物动态热湿传递测试技术的可行性,认为经过一定的技术改进,该技术可以在一定程度上反映针织物不同的舒适性和接触冷暖感。
TPU membranes are used to simulate human skin and self- builted machines which concludesink, transducers aimed to study the dynamic heat and moisture transfer performance of some knittedfabrics. It concludes that when touched with simulated human skin, different fiber knitted fabrics towards todifferent effects and their terminal situation with different heat and moisture transfer curve. It can verify thefeasibility of the dynamic moisture and thermal transfer testing technology based on the hot-film contactwith fabrics. After some technical improvements it may reflect different knitted fabrics' comforts and warm-cool feelings to a certain extent.
