碳纳米管/PP纤维抗静电性能研究THE STUDY OF CARBON-NANOTUBE/PP FIBER'S ANTISTATIC PROPERTY

摘要(Abstract):
采用共混纺丝的方法将碳纳米管加入到丙纶中 ,并且通过测量其摩擦静电荷量来研究其抗静电性能的变化。结果表明 :单独添加少量碳纳米管难以提高PP纤维的抗静电性能 ;而添加含有碳纳米管的复合抗静电剂 ,可以有效地提高PP纤维的抗静电性能。
Carbon Nanotubes(CNTs) were added to PP fiber by blend spinning.The antistatic property of the fiber was studied by measuring the frictional electrostatic charge.Results showed that it was difficult to improve the antistatic property of PP fiber by adding small amount of CNTs directly without any other additive. But if the composite antistatic containing CNTs was added, the antistatic property of PP fiber could be improved efficiently.
