摘要(Abstract)：

根据几年的聚合生产经验,从实际生产出发,深入分析和探讨了不同生产工艺条件对PET品质的影响,提出了在400t/d的生产负荷下,酯化温度255℃,酯化压力75KPa,酯化液位38%,缩聚温度278℃,缩聚压力150Pa,缩聚液位35%,可得到优质的PET产品。
With years of polymerisation experience, the effect of different processing conditions on PET quality was analyzed and discussed. At the production capacity of 400 t/d, the top quality PET was obtained with conditions of esterification temperature 255 ℃, esterification pressure 75 kPa, esterification liquid level 38 %, condensation temperature 278 ℃, condensation pressure 150 Pa and condensation liquid level 35 %.
