白色竹炭负离子复合功能涤纶短纤维的制备与表征

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了竹炭、白竹炭粉体的制备,并将其与PET树脂混合,纺丝制得具有保健功能的白竹炭负离子复合功能涤纶短纤维。结果表明:白竹炭负离子复合功能涤纶短纤维具有良好吸附性,负离子释放量明显高于普通涤纶短纤维,同时功能纤维具有较高的远红外发射率。
This paper mainly introduce the preparation of bamboo charcoal and white charcoal powder,and blending with PET resin,then white charcoal polyester staple fiber with health care and anion complex function is obtained.Technological process is simple and non-polluting.The results show that composite function of white bamboo charcoal anion polyester staple fiber has a good characteristic of adsorption,the anion release was significantly higher than ordinary polyester staple fiber,functional fiber has a high far infrared emissivity.
