摘要(Abstract):

从两种不同组分的组件压力、侧吹风风速、纺丝速度、牵伸比、热辊温度、网络压力等方面探讨了一步法纺制POY/FDY涤纶混纤丝(ITY)的生产工艺。实践证明:当POY/FDY的组件压力分别为12 MPa和13 MPa,侧吹风风速为0.65~0.75 m/s,卷绕速度为3 800~4 000 m/min,第一热辊温度为94~97℃,第二热辊温度为133~136℃,牵伸比为2.7~2.9,中间网络压力为0.50~0.55 MPa,主网络压力为0.55~0.60 MPa时,满足工业化生产和后续纺织产品的要求。
The production technology of one-step POY/FDY polyester intermingled yarn(ITY) is discussed fromthespin-pack pressure,coolingwindspeed,spinningspeed,spin-draw ratio,hot-rollertemperature,interlaced pressure, etc. Production practices show when the spin-pack pressure of POY and FDY are 12 MPa and 13 MPa, cooling wind speed is 0.65~0.75 m/s, spinning speed is 3 800~4 000 m/min, the firsy hot-roller(HT1) temperature is 94~97 ℃, the second hot-roller(HT2) temperature is 133~136 ℃, spin-draw ratio is 2.7~2.9, the middle interlaced pressure is 0.50~0.55 MPa, the main interlaced pressure is 0.55~0.60 MPa,the industrial production and the next processing production can be achieved.
