摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了在100t/d直接纺短纤装置上生产细旦0.89dtex×38mm涤纶短纤的情况,探讨了生产负荷、箱体温度、纺丝速度、冷却条件等因素对产品质量的影响,证明在该装置上生产细旦纤维是可行的。
The 0.89 dtex×38 mm fine denier PET staple fiber produced on 100 t/d production line was in-troduced.The influence of capacity,spinning temperature and speed,quench condition on fiber quality was discussed.The feasibility of fine denier PET staple fiber production on 100 t/d line was proven.
