摘要(Abstract)：

就影响锦纶66单股浸胶帘子布织布张力的原因进行了分析,从使用的筒管、锭杆、垫片等方面入手,通过精细化管理、垫片新材料的开发应用、张力均衡装置的安装使用等找到了解决锦纶66单股浸胶帘子布张力问题的有效措施,实现了单股浸胶帘子布张力均匀一致的目标。单股帘子布紧经、跳线率由改进前的2.5%降低到改进后的0.1%,断经率由0.43%降低到0.15%,外观质量得到进一步提高,满足了客户的质量要求。
The causes of tension which affected on polyamide 66 single unit dipped tire cord fabrics were analyzed. From the use of the bobbin, the spindle blade, gaskets and other aspects, through meticulous management, development and application of new gasket materials, tension balancing device installation and so on, effective measures were found to solve the tension problem of single strand polyamide 66 cord fabrics,and the tension uniform goal of single strand dipped cord fabrics was achieved. The cord tightening, the jumper ratio decreased from 2.5% to 0.1%, and the warp breaking rate decreased from 0.43% to 0.15%.The appearance quality could be further improved, it met the customer's quality requirements.
