改性海藻纤维的制备及其性能测试

摘要(Abstract):

将海藻酸钠与环氧氯丙烷交联制备出改性海藻酸钠,并以改性海藻酸钠为原料,采用湿法纺丝制备海藻纤维,利用电子单纤维强力仪测试了改性海藻纤维的断裂强力,并研究了改性海藻酸钠纤维制备的最佳条件。结果表明:在环氧氯丙烷用量占海藻酸钠干重8%、pH值为10、温度50℃、时间2.5h的条件下制备的海藻酸钠,纺丝成形后纤维的强力比改性前提高33.67%。
The modified sodium alginate was prepared through reaction between epoxychlorpropane and sodium alginate.Then it was spun to fiber by wet spinning method.The break strength of this fiber was tested by electronic tensile tester.The optimal experimental conditions were the weigh ratio of epoxychlorpropane to absolutely dry sodium alginate was 8 %,pH 10,reaction temperation 50 ℃,reaction time 2.5 h.The break strength of the modified fiber was increased 33.67 %.
