PTT短纤维力学性能的研究

摘要(Abstract):

研究了PTT短纤维的力学性能。结果表明PTT短纤维具有优良的弹性和柔软度,其断裂伸长和弹性回复性比PET纤维高得多,一次拉伸回复和10次反复拉伸的总弹性回复率均高于PET纤维。相同定伸长应力松弛时,PTT的内应力小于PET纤维,且随着时间延长几乎没有什么大的变化,松弛时间远远大于PET纤维,表现出较好的弹性。
The article studies the mechanical properties of PTT staple fibers. The results show that PTT staple fibers have good elasticity and softness, and its breaking elongation and elastic recovery rate are higher than that of PET fiber, which is proved by single-extension recovery experiment and ten-extension recovery experiment. At the constant elongation, the internal stress of PTT is smaller than that of PET, the result changes little with time passing by, and the relaxing time of PTT is much longer than that of PET. All these indicate PTT staple fibers have good elasticity.
