摘要(Abstract)：

提出了氨纶生产过程中值得考虑的三个物理性能指标:丝线在丝饼上的拉伸倍数、丝线在特定拉伸条件下的回复力和丝线从丝饼上退绕时的黏性程度(称为丝线黏度因数),解释了这三个物理性能指标在氨纶使用过程中的作用以及对下游产品的影响,并介绍了测试原理。有了这些物理性能指标的测试手段就可以对客户反馈的问题进行有效分析,找出问题的根本原因,从而在提高氨纶质量的前提下提高下游产品的质量。
Three indexes of physical properties worth considering in the production of Spandex were given:the drawing ratio of yarn on yarn cake, the recovery force of yarn under certain drawing conditions and the tackiness of yarn when unwinding from yarn cake(also called yarn viscosity factor). The function of these physical properties indexes in the use of Spandex and its influence on downstream products were explained.The testing principle of these physical properties indexes was introduced. With these testing methods of physical properties indexes, the problems of customer feedback were analyzed effectively, and the root cause of the problems could be found out, so as to improve the quality of downstream products under the premise of improving the quality of Spandex.
