摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一种新的测试三维卷曲涤纶短纤维的膨松性能的方法——抽真空法。指出抽真空法可以较好地评价三维卷曲涤纶短纤维产品的膨松性,对生产有一定的指导作用,适用于沙发用中空纤维、需要抽真空处理的以及对膨松性要求较高的三维卷曲涤纶短纤维的膨松性的测试。
A new testing method of vacuum-pumping for bulkiness property of three-dimensional crimp polyester staple fibers was introduced. It was to estimate the bulkiness property of three-dimensional crimp polyester staple fibers and supervise production of polyester staple fibers. The new testing method was used for the hollow polyester staple fibers of which was applied in sofa.
