纺丝箱中不降温添加联苯的工艺改进Technological Improvement of Adding Biphenyl in Spinning Box Without Cooling

摘要(Abstract):
在聚酰胺的纺丝过程中,纺丝箱内联苯需把热分解产生的小分子物质及时排出以保证联苯循环加热效率,从而带出部分联苯蒸气,在联苯缺少至一定量时,需在纺丝箱中补充一定量的联苯。介绍了一种通过离心泵将预热过的液态联苯注入到纺丝箱内,从而实现在纺丝箱不降温、不停机的情况下补加联苯的系统。补加联苯期间,工艺稳定,产品质量指标符合标准。目前该补加联苯系统因具有操作简单、安全系数高的特点,已在多条生产线推广应用。
In the process of spinning, when polyamide going through the spinning box, the small molecules generated by thermal decomposition of the biphenyl inside the spinning box need to be removed in time to ensure the biphenyl cycle heating efficiency, thereby part of the biphenyl vapor is brought out. When a certain amount of biphenyl is lacking, a certain amount of biphenyl needs to be added in the spinning box. A system of injecting preheated liquid biphenyl into the spinning box through a centrifugal pump, so as to realize the replenishment of adding biphenyl without cooling down the spinning box and without stopping the machine is introduced. During the addition of biphenyl, the process is stable, and the product quality index meets the standard. At present, the biphenyl adding system has been popularized and applied in many production lines because of its simple operation and high safety factor.
