可穿戴上肢外骨骼式设备及其结构设计

摘要(Abstract):

在患者肢体行动障碍康复方面,可穿戴外骨骼式设备发挥着重要作用。随着科技的发展和医疗水平的提升,可穿戴外骨骼式设备向着轻量化发展。人工肌肉是目前材料领域的一种新型智能驱动材料。人工肌肉纤维在假肢、软体机器人、外骨骼等辅助式医疗设备中的应用特性显著。简述了可穿戴上肢外骨骼概念,介绍了人工肌肉纤维的种类,探究了气动人工肌肉在上肢康复设备中的应用。另外,还设计了一种可穿戴上肢外骨骼式辅助设备,对其结构进行了分析。
Wearable exoskeleton-type devices play an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with limb mobility disorders. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of medical level, wearable exoskeleton devices are developing towards lightweight. Artificial muscle is a new intelligent driving material in the field of materials. Artificial muscle fibers are widely used in artificial limbs, soft robots, exoskeletons and other assistive medical devices. The concept of wearable upper limb exoskeleton is briefly introduced, the types of artificial muscle fiber are introduced and the application of pneumatic artificial muscle in upper limb rehabilitation equipment is explored. In addition, a wearable upper limb exoskeleton auxiliary equipment is designed and its structure is analyzed.
