摘要(Abstract):

以制造强度为20cN/dtex的聚乙烯醇纤维为目的,对加硼湿法纺丝进行了研究。该纺丝方法的特点是在低浓度的PVA原液中加入硼酸和助剂,在碱性凝固浴中凝固,经湿热拉伸和二次干热拉伸后制成超高强度的聚乙烯醇纤维。
The aim of the test is to produce 20 cN/dtex PVA fiber and the investigation is made on wet spinning with the addition of boric acid. The feature of the spinning is adding boric acid and flux to the PVA solution with lower concentration, the fiber is solified in the alkaline solution. The extra high tensile strength PVA fiber is obtained through wet stretching and two stages of dry stretching.
